Well, so much for setting a higher standard. I thought that CAC stickers were for high-end coins. Here is a FR02 Morgan with the "green bean" sticker;

Lowball-CAC-Stickers?

According to the CAC website;

"The CAC GREEN Label signifies that a coin has met Certified Acceptance Corporation's stringent grading standards."

This must be a SOLID FR02 to warrant the sticker.

For a lowball collector, this is probably one situation where you would probably hope not to see the green bean sticker. One case where low end for the grade with the possibility of a downgrade is good.

CAC stickers designate coins which are exceptional in the grade. I'm guessing they're as aware as we are that Lowballing is now an accepted collecting sub-discipline, and as a result I'd expect a green bean on a lowball to indicate a grade on the low end of the number given. The coin presented here sure looks like such.

I would definitely say its low end for a fair 2. Looks closer to a poor 1 to me. Is this the one that just sold on the bay?

Why is a common date in that grade in a slab anyway?

Its for a "Lowball Collection" a while ago people started trying to put together collections of the lowest graded coins.
