Hi,

It is very difficult to accurately grade from a photo, but that is a really nice find. It is a little toned and the photos are a little blurry, but I can't find any wear on it, so it looks to be mint state or very close to it. The shield on the reverse might have a little wear on it though.

And there is some strange mark above the eagle and EPU. I'm not sure if that is a bag mark or something stamped on the coin.

So the grade can range anywhere from AU-58 to MS-63.

The pictures are a bit more difficult to grade from but my feeling is that this is MS maybe towards the higher end of the range given by the poster before me.
