Ordinarily, I'm a bit dismissive of the "Instant Identifier" pages in the Krause catalogues, since they rarely help in confirming the ID of the actual coin you're holding in your hand, but in this case it was helpful. On the second I.I. page of the 1800s Krause, we see that these are the arms of the Swiss canton of Neuchatel, while under Prussian rule (prior to 1806). Here's the NGC page for the 1800 1 kreuzer, which I think matches your coin - I can see the remnants of "1800" at the bottom of the right pic.
