Coppercoins shows something very similar but as a zinc coin this one is copper (3.1g).

I know my pictures are not the best but I tried to play around with it a little more and see if I can get the splits to show. Maybe I am just seeing what I want to see!

I think you are not getting responses because it is difficult if not impossible to make a quality assesment with the pictures provided. If I had to make a opinion from the pictures I would say no it is not a DD. However better pictures might change that opinion. (pics of the "U" and better pics of the "E")

I wonder if it is possible that copper and zinc planchets were struck with the same Doubled Die? Would be a cool find.

I have a hard time getting pictures also. Sometimes it takes me many..many shots to get a good one. Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
