I found these last weekend. The first one on Saturday and the second on Sunday. I have only found one before and was surprised to find two so close together. Both came from bags off of the counting machine at a local bank. The second is the most interesting. Reverses on both coins appear normal. Comments?

On your second one the cap dislodged and rotated. That is why you see 2 images. That one is extra special and should be designated as such (struck through a loose die cap). Extra special also means it is worth more. One nice find and one great find.

Very nice, especially the second struck through a rotated die cap. I do believe that I see more than two repetitious images and see at least a possible third image as well.

If you do get this encapsulated, make sure that the label reads "Struck through a rotated die cap"

Look again, three images. Check LIBERTY.

BJ and Conder, thanks for the correction. Three images, even better yet. You would think looking at the coin at 12 noon compared to first thing at 6 AM would cause a person to see less images instead of more. Very, very nice find.
Rest in Peace
