Can someone tell me how rare it is?

I don't know these coins well. It looks like a Roman Republic coin. Someone might be able to help you with it. I am also very busy working on posting all these coins I just received.

I don't collect Roman Republic coins as a general rule, but I found this coin on wildwinds: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/sear...ml#fabrinia3

The text indicates this particular coin sold for $66 back in 2007. With this kind of pricing, I would say your coin is not all that rare. Adjusting for inflation, a general increase in Ancient's collecting, and a rather nice patina and condition on your coin, it may be worth as much as $100 plus. I hope this answers your question. Perhaps someone with more knowledge about this type of coin will come along and give better information.

Nice Quadrans as indicated by the three dots and head of Hercules. It's not really rare but would probably sell for about $100 or so.

Considering yours is in better condition and Republican bronzes can be pretty poor, I'd expect it to sell for more.
