Just to say I picked up some nice Candian cons last night at very low auction prices. All were ICCS graded which is good and saves money on shipping and grading fees, 10c 1882H in EX40, 10c 1901 in EX40, and a 1901 5c in AU58. All for $130 total.

I lost a coin I had several bids on for that auction. The coin was an I.C.C.S., 1891, red, MS-64 Large cent, small leaves, small date, Obverse #3. It eventually sold for about $1,400.00 U.S. (B.P. inc.)
Lot's of beautiful coins to be had!

I bought the W9/8 cent. It was minted by a very scarce reverse die, Turner RD11. In five years of looking at many hundreds of W9/8 cents, it is only the second coin by this die that I have seen. I picked up a few other baubles as well.

Good that a few of us had pick-ups. There is another Heritage auction in a few days and that has some nice NFLD gold.

I would say look out for Heritage Auctions in Dallas......I just had another super pick-up. Canadian 1911 Godless 25c,
thus described because the Dei Gratia (by the grace of God was missing).....ICG slabbed as MS63 and just been confirmed
by George Manz as accurate grade. I paid less that 50% catalogue....
