I found this BN in a small lot I purchased for almost nothing. I would like to know if anyone else thinks this is an example of the 1930 FS801 die variety for that year.

If it is, Should I have it slabbed, which TPG and would it be worth the expense?

Looks like it could be FS#017.5. Question, why are you comparing the diagnostics for the FS801 which is the rear leg to your coin which is a front leg.

I am sorry for the confusion.
The diagnostic picture and the front leg picture are both images of my coin... which is also shown in obv & rev.
