Learjet Pillar of the Community Australia 655 Posts	Posted 01/10/2007 3:41 pm What do you guys and girls think of the colour ocean series? Holding the coin in it's card by hand they look very pretty, but it doesn't take much magnification to show the low resolution printing up. Looks like they were printed on my 15 year old Fargo Primera. The piccy shows the first two in the series of six. I think I'll get the rest in the series, but I can't help but have a few reservations of colour coins. The technology just looks a little too premature yet. What do you think of them? When she first saw that $1 Dollar Aussie coin a couple days ago, she fell in love with it. We may get her one for her birthday. Can anyone provide a price for the coin? But if your in the USA you won't pay GST and the US dollar is stronger so in the end we will probably end up paying you for the coin.
