Nope, just common die chips. A Cud is a specific type of die break that affects the face and shank of a die, it will always emanate from the edge of a coin. Cuds are considered errors(die failure) while die chips are an accepted part of the minting process. The truncation of the neck on a Washington quarter is a point of inherent weakness in the die design, meaning that you will see that same crack/chip repeated across a large sampling of quarters.
