It would be a good way to exchange coins around. I cant really find any coin shop around Luxembourg

For the most part, you will find very few collectors of American coins outside of America, and even fewer collectors who specialize in US coins to any degree. Almost the only "US coin collectors" in your usual sense of the phrase whom you're likely to encounter will be among the expat community, people from America who have emigrated to other parts and brought their collections with them. I know here in Australia the only such collectors I've ever encountered were expats.
