seems I received my xmas present in the mail yesterday as well, I just tidied the lounge where son sat and opened the coin from joshtammi. down beside the arm rest and cushion was your envelope. thank you so much they inspired me enough to put my better pennies into 2x2s.

i wont tell him you told me, but you could tell him I said it, no creeks or rivers close enough for me to be worried about trout ;)

i done some time with ODG installing underground phone, lighting and optical fibre when northparkes mine started, I still have a bit of optical fibre here somewhere. doing the connections on that stuff is time consuming, also did a bit of high voltage work when the boss rented me out to other crews, who needed my assistance with the manitou. smallest bloody machine underground it was and wasnt it fun going up the incline at 3kmh with trucks coming down at 30kmh, many times I had to back up to let them pass and in doing so lose an hour of travel time, boy I dont miss the 13 hour days, 27 on for 3 off.
if you heard the story we where the crew that dropped a $500K cable down the shaft, glad I chose to work topside that day lol
