Looks like a solid 65 to me too (from the photos).

I would say ms65 if it were not for the rim hit under the 1 in the date. I would grade it as a ms64. Beautiful coin!

I am going with the majority on this one, MS-65. It looks like it may have semi-PL luster. Very nice coin!
