This is an interesting observation. I bought this coin off Heritage last weekend and there were 9 total bidders, I was outbid twice. Being FUN Show weekend, there were a lot of people who saw this one and even though it's a well worn common date - many bid on it.
Anyway, the final sale price w/Buyer's Premium was right at VG8 wholesale, which is what a G6 typically sells for, $230.
