Here's a 1964-D Kennedy half to grade.

To be honest, I have enough trouble grading these with the coin in hand. I don't feel competent enough with this series to attempt a grade based on pics. Hopefully, someone who collects these will be able to help you out.

Doesn't look circulated but has lost all luster, at least from the pics it appears that way. Could have been handled by the person who had it. I don't see any distracting bag marks and or fingerprints though. Could have been stored in a not too friendly environment as well. Looks like it has some toning going on but for me if it is a mint state coin I would give it the lowest on the scale just for it not having a great eye appeal and for what appears to be a somewhat weak strike on the obverse. MS-60 to MS-61.

Disclaimer: Just my opinion, I am not an expert and therefore this grade is only assumed and should not be used for resale purposes. Thank you.
