Here is a link to a coin I bought at the fun show. It did not look like any partial collar I own so I cracked it out. It is a double struck and double partial collar!

Nice coin. Was the coin labeled it had that error or did you cherrypick it?

For what I paid for it I would call it a pick. It was labeled PCGS AU-55 Partial Collar, the second one the guy had was 1883 O NGC-MS-64 tilted Partial Collar I bought both. This one is nothing like the other 4 I have. The only thing that make senses to me is a double strike with the lower die locked up in the ejection setting.

It's the errors they make that make it easy to tell they are fake most of the time. The Washington Head Dollar dated in the 1880's and 90's that where all over E-Bay a year or so ago comes to mind. Someone over their must of thought that if he was on the $1.00 bill he must of been on a Dollar coin as well.
