This look like a RPM I looked on coppercoins.com I couldnt get a match I'm sure you guys will let me know if it is one or not. but if it is its #3 for me!

Not an RPM. It is a damaged punch.

the bottom left corner with what looks like doubling, is as John1 said a damaged punch. I fell for that exactly, before learning about it. they are actually quite common.

All good. When looking at the coin it looked like one but once I was taking pictures I was questioning it.
