I found this in my uncles change jar and wanted to asked you all what your thoughts are as to how the markings occurred on this coin .it appears to be a fish with numbers that are not raised below ahead of the Queens Crown along with raised marking by her forehead and also appears to be doubled lettering in Regina and on most of the obverse;

They would be considered die plating issues and MDD for the doubling. Common for this date. Hope this helps.

OH by the way did you know that the reverse has male lions as you can see on this coin
