svslav Pillar of the Community United States 2605 Posts	Posted 01/14/2012 1:28 pm ioan, I believe you have good reasons to suspect your piece. Compare it with the one I found on Numista (below). There are a few things wrong with your coin. Among them: 1. Denticles. Yours are rather beads. And if you just look at the beads you see they are not in a perfect circle - crude imitation. 2. The top of the castle (in the coat of arms) - very crude attempt. 3. Chains (in the coat of arms) - on your "coin" it's a mess. One could find more points in this comparison, but for me it's already obvious that yours is a counterfeit. Report this Post to the Staff
