Can't be. Somoan coinage has only been around since 1967, and they never made a $10 coin, only up to $1.00 and before that they used New Zealnad coinage.

1609 might've been the hard date for that issue.

I bought this coin at a flea market in Penang, Malaysia. Many old coins, notes, stamps, antics and also rubbish sold there. If you get luck you can find a high value old item sold there and most of the sellers don't know the real value of it.
