as soon as they started their yellow label everything got very strict over there as far as I have seen

It seems ANACS is undergrading their coins now. I have sent a few in last year and I thought they undergraded them too.

I like how you hid the actual value, since showing the value first off, tends to have people confirm it is that grade instead of grading it.

I was thinking MS 63 PL. Great looking coin. The grader didn't have his coffee that morning.

The only reason that coin could have graded that low would be very subdued luster, flat dead surfaces.

If the luster is even average, it should have been a 64. If the grade was missed that badly there is a problem in the grading room.

I think a safe call would be 63... Might hit 64
