This coin belonged to my grandfather and my dad decided to give it to me. I don't plan on ever getting rid of it but it has inspired me to start a type set. I was wondering what kind of grading it would get. Thanks for the help everyone!

I would grade this as ES.
Extra Special, It was your Grandads So to you its value is incalculable.
I have acouple of my dads coins and they are nothing spectacular but the only way I would part with them is at gun point.
Even then the first shot would have to put me down

"I would grade this as ES."

That's perfect!

Label the holder, Igleos, so future generations know where it came from.

I would give this a F-12 but that is besides the point. The grade doesn't really mean much compared to its sentimental value.

with F-12 and a great start to a type set - so many different artistic styles & varieties up through the mid 20th century - then the dead presidents took over (though I do like Lincoln wheaties)
