Was going through a bunch of Jeffersons at local shop and saw this one for $00.40:) Not a perfect coin but could not resist the toning. What do you think? Please grade?

Thanks

MS62, maybe 63. I think some of the marks on the obverse are really planchet roughness rather than post-minting contact marks.

She's a beaut. I have a nickel -- I think 1960 -- that was in one of those old-school thick, acrylic coin holders. The details are flawless, it's like MS 63 or better. What blew me away was the toning -- this funky purple Jefferson bust in the middle of a glowing yellow field.

I'll have to dig up a picture sometime. Another coin in the holder, a mint-state copper Lincoln, is now day-glo yellow/orange :)

Oh wow - a double rainbow! Both sides have a rainbow. What does it mean?
