here is, a 1947 "cleaned" silver dollar. It is one of the more expensive years and I cant afford to get it for full price. would $90 dollars for this coin be an alright buy or should

1947,-Blunt-7-Silver-Dollar. I just leave it.

It depends, that coin doesn't look all that bad actually.

Anyhow, I've had cleaned coins in the past and ditched them because my OCD kicked in and I couldn't take it. So in the end , I hated looking at them and upgraded them. I was given my first 1948 dollar by someone and it was a nice coin, but it wasn't uncirculated and the rest of mys stuff was... so same thing, I saved and bought an MS 64.

wow, MS-64 1948 I would love to see pic but I dont have alot of money being a teenager (pre-teen). I have one other cleaned silver dollar, it doesn't look cleaned at all. It was lighlty cleaned. . I might pass and wait, and maybe a deal would come along. Also I'm trying to keep my silver dollars above EF, and this coin is AU. I'm stuck on wether to buy it or not?

You seem to have doubts. I think this is a sign that you may end up with buyer's remorse. I would passfor now and think about it some more. If it is sitting in a typical local coin shop something like this may be there for quite a while. If you do decide to wait and the coin doesn't sell the seller will only get more motivated.

Its sold now. Well I guess that it is better than regreting it. And having to remember that coin as "cleaned"
