I got this $20 out of the ATM this morning.I think the 5 is not good but should I Keep or spend.. any help or opinions. thanks...

I think you should spend it. but I'm no expert either, Wait for someone else to help. but it would of been great if that 5 was an 8

I recently got 2 $20 star notes out of my local ATM, crisp unc condition, I put them up on ebay at face value, no takers so I ended up spending them, too bad as they were very nice star notes, but $40.00 bought me a nice Morgan dollar.

I think if you tried to spend that you may have a pretty good chance of spending some time in the local cop shop explaining why you did it
