Need some help with identifying this madalion. it is in rough shape , I found it in my back yard when I was digging up dirt, the coin weights 14.51 grams and is made from lead . any information on this piece will be very helpful

Actually I don't think this medallette is made from lead. More than likely that it was made from pewter. I certainly looks like it to me.

If you had exhumed it from an almost certain death, and it was lead, it would have most probably been too corroded for identification.
