got this from the bank and I do belive it is the most worn small dollar I have found

Good to know that guy was circulating!

It's rare to see any coin really worn down these days. The average coin probably goes through 20 or so transactions a year, between sitting in change jars and vending machines.

The worn look actually looks nicer than the awful toned uncirculated dollars.

These coins wear really well, with their thick rims and all.
If only people would use them...

They do still look ugly circulated, though. The color's all weird.

The teller at my bank said she is glad the Presidential dollar coins are no longer being produced. She said that they were always a pain in the rear to handle!

Funny, our bank tellers over here are disappointed they're not going to see more varieties; however, they're thankful they can still order shiny new rolls of past presidents for me and other customers. :-)

anyone take a stab at the grade I figger it to be VF30 and I will say the edge lettering aint in the greatest shape I can read the date and mint but just barely
