I would give it a MS-62 on the obverse and MS-63 on the reverse for a net grade of MS-62. It has a weak strike on the obverse. I can't tell if the dullness of the coin is attributable to the holder or the coin itself. If I had the coin in hand and out of the holder I may go a grade higher. No major nicks or bag marks but I did see a couple hits here and there, nothing major however but will stick with my grade.

Right - I was also wondering about the lack of detail in the harlines on the obv.

That is the first thing I look for on the obverse. On the reverse everyone is looking for that FBL, which is nice, but, the first thing I look for is the PASS AND STOW logan. I want to be able to see as much of that as possible and the feathers of the small eagle. I can't wait to get my Franklin half dollar book I bought. It still hasn't gotten here, probably due to the horrible weather we have had, but I think it should get here sometime this week. Hoping.
