2010 has definatley got to be out there. ANd I assume with 2012 here that 2011 is too ?

Chickasaw quarters are at early 2009 levels (during that time DC and Puerto Rico had 172.4 million and 139.2 million respectively). Hopefully quarter mintage levels will continue to rise.

looks like the first 3 '11 Quarters may be "key" for the series
