What series year is it. I know the new $100's the BEP is printing will have some radical changes to it. This might be a new printing of tens.

Yes, they did, from September through December at Fort Worth (series 2009):

They barely printed any in 2011, but the site doesn't have the full amount of data from 2011 yet.

Sorry for the lack up updates!

It's a 2006 series note.

I have been unable to find anyone reputable to take a look at it.

It's still laying on a shelf in my closet.. Not really sure how to proceed with figuring out what it is.

Are there any coin dealers in your area that specialize in notes? Look them up in the yellow pages or Google around for them and see what you can find. They might know something about it.
