Turtleoverhead, you can see some basic information about Hafner varieties of Maria Theresa thaler restrikes on this website. Unfortunately, the information on the website about the later varieties is vague; the difference between H63 and H65 is described as "minimal".

I don't know if it's significant, but one thing that strikes me as different between the pictures of the two types linked above is the distance between the cross on top of the crown and the coin's rim. H65 seems to virtually touch the coin's rim, while H63 has a wide space between them.
