Found this 1929? Wheat penny while going through a stash of wheaties. I brushed my nail over the "9" and it is completely raised like the other numbers. Looked odd so I was trying to get opinions on what it is, could it be a 1920?

I am by no means an expert, but to me it looks like a 1929, and it look like PMD, looks like it took a hard hit.

1929, the 9 was damaged by a rolling/counting machine. This type of damage is frequently seen on the last digit or two of the date and the first couple letters of LIBERTY.

The damage is always parallel to the rim.
