There is a raised area between IN GOD WE and the top back of Lincolns head. I have seen this before but I don't keep them because I think it is due to die wear but I am no pro.

Probably die polishing thinned the die in that area making it raised on coin struck from that point and when an even polishing happens this disappears again.
