There are none in the USA commemorative series (Classic or Modern).

Closest you will get is the 1993 50th Anniversary of WWII commemorative Half Dollar ... the reverse of this coin depicts a carrier based aircraft flying over a Marine.

There are plenty of American WWII-era ships to be found in several non-American series. The Marshall Islands, for example, has issued an extensive series of coins depicting all sorts of WWII-era war machines, including ships. Example on WorldCoinGallery.

The Pobjoy Mint over in Britain has also issued several coins featuring American ships, struck in the name of places like Gibraltar and the Isle of Man, like this one. Perth Mint has also jumped on the bandwagon with coins like this in the name of the Cook Islands.

There's even an Australian coin depicting the USS Houston.

Has there ever been a medal with the original U.S.S. Constitution sailing ship on it?

Is the USS Arizona memorial a part of the national parks? If so there will probably be a quarter for it.

The Arizona Memorial is run by the National Park Service; however, the Hawaii quarter depicts Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Of course, there is an option to run the ATB Quarter program for a second round, so there is a chance.

Ther are 1 oz silver round with Navy ships on them, I have a very nice toned set of 24 WW1 and WW2 US Navy ships. I'll have to get it out and Photograph it for the post. Maybe do some more research on them and see who made them.
