I believe this is PMD overall, but looking at the nine a little harder has me second guessing how could that happen scenario. Would like other thoughts so I can sharpen my skills.

I posted because it had such a clean angle in my eyes on the 9. Doesn't appear that something came across or some type of hit to forced it in that direction and thought it might be possible was done at the mint.
