It was taken down because it is a violation of the forum rules. Could someone tell me the specific rule that I violated? I only posted the information because with over 40 years collecting, this is the best reference book that I can find anywhere and @$19.95 for the download format it is a real bargain. In addition to the download format @ $19.95 , there is also a CD format (with shipping) @ $24.95 and a print format (with shipping) @ $48.95 The download format and the CD format have lots of good color photos. I cannot mention the name of the book or the author or add the link to the source because I do not want to get in trouble with those who police this forum. P.S.
