Well, in an effort to allow me more time to work on the web site, Mom decided she was going to learn to take photographs of coins. She has been doing scans for a while but has never taken an actual photograph of a coin in her life.

She got up very early this morning before I was even awake, so she had no help whatsoever....

Not too shabby.... Let's here it for Mom!

So do I... The first photo I took of a coin must have taken me a hundred times to get it right.

Keep in mind the camera settings were done and the lighting is set up.

I'm still impressed though.

For what it's worth, I did change a couple of settings (by accident). I didn't know what I had changed until Bobby told me some things he needed to show me. If I can get half as good as he is, I'll be happy.

It's just going to be so much better with me handling all aspects of our auctions with him being able to devote all of his time to CC.

Let's just say there is no way you will ever see my first efforts posted here. You wouldn't recognize them as coins, anyways.
