For some reason this coin looks odd or off. I can't decide what's wrong with it. It might be in my head. Thoughts?

I am am not seeing the whole coin but I will guess MS62.

Is that what that is, fioti? Maybe posting this in the variety forum would've been more appropriate. I thought it might be a really really heavy rub but it has a texture that I'm not familiar with.
