I know the pictures are not the best quality but would you please give me a guess on a grade. It is my brothers and he is considering sending it in to NGC for grading:

There appears to be some wear on the cap. The pics are small and fuzzy.

My guess is AU55/58.

This one looks mint state to me, due to luster on the devices, but it's a tough call. I would definitely say though that this one is worth grading either way.
