I'm glad the judge saw reason and dismissed it. Guess ACG will just have to improve their standards and work for their money. Report this Post to the Staff

That is a lofty number, but during the heyday of ebay, there were quite a few of their slabbed coins being offered. So my guess would be very close to that number. Many of the major dealers were also offering their slabs both publicly and privately. While I am very happy to see this judge drop the suit, many of the accusations are certianly plausible. Too often the internet allows people to make whatever claims they choose while keeping anonymous. It is easy to slam others. Instead, I have always tried to promote the good.
