No but I've found two Kansas quarters like that.

Ive found three Kansas quarters like that, 2 roll searching and one I bought for $5

Nope, errors have showed up in almost every year of this series though. Sounds like a rare find. The Kansas error of this type was somewhat common, but this one might be worth getting graded/certified.
