I received a $20 bill from the bank when we went and it was the only 20 that had the green seal in the middle of the word TWENTY on the right front of the bill is missing. I wanted to know if anyone knows anything about this. Its a series 2004 A and its serial is GK 51...

It is a possible error. Is there any damage where the seal would normally appear? If so, it was erased and worth just face value.

A photo would help to determine too.
