this coin has a silver rim on each side all the way around? and is lite as a feather? whats the cause

I don't see the silver color but copper plated zinc cents will have a silvery look under the copper plate.It looks like your coin has PMD and your seeing the zinc core showing through.

zinc exposed on the rim + copper folded over onto peripheral devices= dryer coin(damaged)

It's a Dryer Coin. It's spent time bouncing around inside an industrial clothes dryer and the banging causes the rim to fold over like that.
