Still having no luck getting the answer eh..
To me that says
1. not a lot of collectors for sealed bullion silver maples
2. the hunt is still on! an almost complete collection to me is a lot more exciting than a finished one :)

Haha...I'm ok with being the only one wanting a set. It is exciting, I would still carry on with the set even if it wasnt out there. Just makes me smile when I look at them. :-)

Hope you find them.

I have the sealed sheets for the wolf and grizzly. planning on getting the cougar and moose and the rest of the wildlife series, but as I've mentioned before (I think) the only place where I can get them carry an extra $3 premium on top of the premium of the regular grizzly/cougar. I'm wondering if it will be worth it later down the road. only time will tell I guess!

Just sold the last of the wolves I wanted to sell. I find that there's is only about a $3-5 dollar difference between sealed and "naked" coins. It still comes down to the condition of the coin. sealed silver maples are not immune to bumps, toning, or those milky white spots.

Agree...They are not immune...tahts where picking of the crop is important. I bet over that last few years of buying the coins I have sold off coins that were in better condition. I've sold 1988 mint sealed on and off ebay prolly 4 or 5 times now. Eventually you find that 1 that look like they just came off the assembly line. Once I find the coin that fits this bill I have it placed in a acid free 4x6 acid free hard case with thounge and groove that helps seal it more then I have had it vacume sealed. I only go through that much trouble for my personal collection that I would hold onto for a long time. 3 times sealed for an attempt on proper preservation.

@vinnycoin... I have found that there iscloser to a $5 to $10 premium for those wolfs, grizzlies and cougars on ebay. I myself have paid that for 1 of them once. But with that said...timing is everything. Kind of luck of the draw too. That coin being sold at the same time that those handfull of people who are trying to get there hands on them are searching for them. Timing is everything.
