Maybe this is real and I'm just used to seeing all the recent pristine restrikes but something is screaming 'fake' at me.

(I don't own the coin so cant give weight/dimensions etc)

Looks to me like someone tried to reproduce a valuable one, like the Hafner H40. The details are really bad, the bust and eagle are small and not even touching near the sides like a normal one should. Unless this is one that's not catalogued, I think this is a repro not a restrike.

Left eagle looks bad, and MT's nose looks wrong.

Still would take a specialist to be sure.
