I've run across maybe 6 of these in prior box. Just neat looking to me, nothing else. Like I aways do, checked the ebay nomenclature. These are being touted as RPMs, double-dies, and double-dies with an RPM. Few sold, if they did, it wasnt worth the effort or free listing. I have to admit, some pics are striking. Doubled all letters, date and mintmark. One has the rev. also. Shameless, but please dont say I'm missing something.

Well they can't be RPM's. The pictures aren't great but I suspect Machine Doubling Damage.

My point exactly. That's why the shameless part was thrown in there. Suprising how when nothing is listed or confirmed, everything is an unique find. Just saying.
