I've been concentrating on searching penny rolls, but pick up $20 worth of nickles each week for a change of pace.

I have been finding the odd keeper, noting real fantastic.

Yesterday I found my first older Buffalo.

This came from a Canaian roll of nickles.

Coin roll searching is alot like Metal detecting. Never know what will pop up.

Any thoughts on grade?

And in Canada too. Looks about VF-30+.
Doesn't it make you wonder how that got there?

This roll searching is a blast for me. Finding an old Buffalo in less then $200 in Canada is amazing. I live right on the border, with border crossings 1/2 hr each way. I expected a few US coins in the rolls, But I never expected to see so much US change. I would guess 10% for nickles and 15% + for Cents. And the best part, I don't have much competition at the banks.
I'm loving every minute of it, so far.
