I found this at a bank, a couple of months ago.. And just noticed the beads "error". can anyone tell what kind of error this is?

Looks like Struck Through Grease. That section of the die was caked with grease when the coin was struck.

The beads are still there. So I would assume damaged planchet before striking. In my opinion if it was PMD the beads would have been squished.
