In 2000 there were two seven coin BU uncirculated sets. One had the knowledge toonie and had polar bears on the envelope. Another had the regular toonie and came in a green envelope with a loon on it.

My question is whether all the green envelope regular loon sets have the "W" mint mark on the coins or were some of these sets minted in Ottawa?

Three different sets for 2000,polar bear Ottawa,polar bear Winnipeg,and knowledge bears.Can't recall the envelope for the polar bear Ottawa issue.
