Good buy in what sense? I mean, its 1/25oz of gold, so its metal value is approx $ 75.
Is paying $ 130 for $ 75 worth of gold a good value? Not really.

Is paying $ 130 for a really nice looking coin? One that's part of a set that started in 2004? Paying $ 130 and getting a nice box and a COA? A coin that looks like a dime but is really 50 cents? That's for you to decide.

If YOU like the coin, buy it. If you want to invest in gold for it value, then stick to bullion coins.

in terms of stacking gold, of the RCM's current offerings, the 1/10oz gold dragon and the 1/2oz viking are both much more value for the dollar than this 1/25th piece. If you're looking for NCLT that will increase in value on the 2ndary market, my money's still not on this bluenose either due to it's high mintage. Beautiful coin though. I'd have gotten one for keepers regardless, but I can't see that well and 1/25th is tiny.
